I don't know what to tell you guys. What DMEarc posted turned out to be true. There were errors with the seniority list that PCL submitted to the arbitrator recently. Errors that were blamed on HR. The same HR that the CJC Merger Committee most likely had to deal with, yet no such errors on its list were found. Or was it that the checkride seniority/DOH issue was finally properly corrected? I can't keep track of what the excuse was anymore.
Either way, I guess it doesn't matter, because you don't need to have accurate DOH data when you are proposing stapling another group to the bottom.
If you think my opinion is being influenced by an outside source, so be it. But you might want to pull the wool from your eyes before you roll them at me.
