Again acl, it's important to remember the difference between facts and opinions. Facts cannot be determined until after a successful grievance. The neutral arbitrator decides what the facts are, nobody else. We and management only have opinions. Our current problem is one that we've had for some time at ALPA: We do not even WANT to find out what the facts are. We'd rather have our opinions, and live to fight another day.
