FO interview

Hello Everyone,

I'm looking to interview in the next couple of days and was wondering how some of the interviews went for you? Types of questions, what material I should be studying, etc. I've looked online for a gouge but really haven't found anything helpful, so any tips I can get would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Worth the money if you’re concerned about the interview process.

Study the Jepp charts, know front and back, you should have got aircraft info sheet know the systems on it on the weights & limits, also review the approach profile. I enjoyed the interview, got job offer, start next week.

Also there is a 25 question test, based off ATP written

AWAC is too cheap to use Jepps. What is there to study about them anyway? uhh there’s the ILS frequency. there’s the MSA and there’s the minimums. It’s not a schematic to build a space shuttle.

I built a space shuttle from plans I found in the Jepps chart.

You'd be surprised how difficult some interviewees make the approach plates.

Same with reading a taf or metar. There’s a growing number of pilots who can only read long form weather then show up to an interview and can’t tell you what +RA means.

Because half the applicants are starting their 3rd career and they are confusing it with positive results for rheumatoid arthritis.
