Why would they believe pilots are such an asset? Pilots are looked at like a liability. I feel bad for TSA pilots but with the job market the way it is, they’ll all find employment elsewhere. I’d be surprised to see anyone ride it out to the end.
Although I’ve been gone for a while and no longer have a dog in this fight, I still think AWAC will be around for a long time. AWAC is not the only ones who fly the aging CRJ 200s. They seem to find a way to keep them going.
