Diseases are typically named after where they originated from:

examples
Ebola - Ebola river area in Africa
MERS - Middle East...
West Nile Virus
Semliki Forest Virus

Calling COVID19 a China Virus is entirely accurate and valid. Wuhan Virus would be even more so. Trying to add levity to a nasty situation is a normal coping mechanism. People calling it racist simply do not know the real meaning of the word.

Regardless someone(s) with the financial heft to do it still wants to run an airline. Time will tell if that remains true through all this.

My worry has nothing to do with the financial ‘capacity’ behind the curtain but as to whether those folks still want to play the game. If they want to play now is the perfect time for their well honed, successful playbook. Time will tell. It’s the ride of a lifetime :)
