Positioning ourselves to capitalize on future opportunities.

Believe it when you see a paycheck with -700 rates on it.

Look out for next corporate communications message:

special mask compliance aircraft:

based out of ATW, flown exclusively by management pilots and retired, non seniority list pilots. Cornerstone of AWAC’s new pt 91 mask compliance and enforcement department (formerly flight ops). Will be flown to outstations and hubs throughout the network to ensure crews are embodying, enforcing, and indoctrinating UALs Core4 mask policy. Currently seeking LOA with FAA for in flight intercept approval for company and other non-participating aircraft not in complete mask compliance and submission.

Senior leadership is excited to show UAL leadership how innovative AWAC is in enforcing mask diktats. Also quite a relief as the -700 purchased was so old and tired that it was questionable for 121 conformity...so also saves many management jobs and will give remaining management staff something more productive to do than creating errors and confusion in future manual and checklist revisions.

Leadership is excited to take the lead in the only growth segment of the industry. We look forward to partnering with UAL to expand our proprietary mask compliance, enforcement, and surveillance program to all of our fellow express operators and eventually to all mainline flight ops.

Someone must have fertilized one of the planes.

I love it

Reminds me of the time that someone tracked a Delta Private Jet flight from MSP to ATW after the whole “e9” leak on the Mx section of the employee website. Shortly after AWAC had an “agreement in principle”....LOL. Ah, the good old days (I guess).

Is that CRJ 700 still in Elite Airways’ fleet?

My apologies, read a few articles that said otherwise. I stand corrected.

How are we sure this wasn't just a legit charter and a coincidence? Just saying that’s a possibility, so everyone check your enthusiasm...

It is there for a specific reason to ZW's certification of the airframe.

Go back to your regularly scheduled programming.

Air Whiskey is borrowing the aircraft for conformity purposes. I guess you guys have plans to add 700s to the certificate. We get her back in a month or two.

No one let’s someone just borrow a 30 million dollar plane like it’s an old Ford pickup .

Check email from the union. That CRJ-700 has been confirmed as the first one in our fleet. Very exciting.

Fleet of one. I’m excited about it too, but don’t get overly optimistic.

Better than a fleet of 0. It's a step in the right direction, and diversifying the fleet is certainly not a bad thing with everything happening right now.

If no flying materializes, it is worse than a fleet of zero. It’s a smart move and I hope it pans out, but just remember the delta contract....

Glad to see Wisky back in the game. I miss the days of the BAE146 and D328’ in DEN. Hope the UAX cap doesn’t hose the deal.. Or maybe they add AA back again ...??..

just hope it’s not too much too late . They should have done this years ago and they would be sitting pretty right now .

No. Don’t want to see folks lose their jobs. But the sooner HK is completely out of the industry the better it is for all of us.

There will always be HK’s. It’s the nature of the business.

Strenyakov 10-01-2020 10:54 PM

I have over 12 years with Gojet and am glad it is coming to an end. I'm sick of seeing the things that HK and GJ do to people when they are most vulnerable. The airlines will come roaring back by late February and everyone will do much better at more respectable airlines.

Does anyone know how many of the GJ planes are going to AW and how many are going to Skywest? I know some or all go to SW and then to AW but how many, if any, are staying at SW?

Makes no sense, but then neither do any of your previous posts. So why not just make up a new theory? Like they're all going to a new airline where they pay $1000 / hr to fly an RJ and all your dreams come true. Work is optional, but if you do choose to come in you get your own personal assistant who tells you how special you are and what a great job you are doing.
