Only one major roadblock in the works....a new presidential administration is in the works. You're just seeing the last of the current's administration's prosperity. This company has never been properly staffed and when they furlough, they always furlough too many. Nothing new or surprising.

Meanwhile they have both Straight time and critical FO trips starting in the same base and same day.
