Junior manning has begun again in all positions while there are people on furlough. People need to be brought back and re-upgraded.

Only one major roadblock in the works....a new presidential administration is in the works. You're just seeing the last of the current's administration's prosperity. It will all quickly fade away before your eyes in the coming months...and 50 seat RJs will be parking in the desert again just as they were 2009 to 2017 because they will quickly become too expensive to operate all over again.
