Fairly sure the return of the outstation basing model is going to be personally not great for most of the commuting pilot group. Doesn't do much to address the long-term viability concerns that are mounting around here either.

Good news for all the juniors captains and FOs, a double leg commute to an outstation with no transportation or crash pads is back. I’m sure this will help with recruiting and junior Manning when people quit to go somewhere with higher pay and better qol
