Does anyone know where I could view a copy of the pilot contract for Air Wisconsin?

Not current no. Still at an ALPA carrier so I’m not sure if that is the reason it works.

Don't bother worrying about reading it. The company mostly doesn't abide by it and it takes 2 years for a grievance to ultimately be settled on the behalf of the company due to "past practice."

You should edit that to read “a minimum of 2 years.” Also, the grievance committee chair just left so I’m sure that will add another year or so to any existing grievance.

Air Wisconsin isn’t unique among regionals in this regard

not sure that there’s really any utility in reading the contract

It's more of a suggestion and less of a legal document.
