You can also check out aviationinterviews.com to see what the last several people hired times were like. UNDCMSU was right about knowing somebody. Some people hired have really low time and others really high. Most of the really low time guys either know someone or have crj time. They are also very selective about who they hire. I interviewed with 8 other guys back in FEB and none of us were hired. Good luck though. Its a great company, with some great people.

Thanks a lot for all the replies. Definitely a big help. I sent my stuff in online & know a couple guys on the inside who will walk my stuff in too. Sorry for not private messaging you guys who responded initially, but i guess this system won't let me until I make 25 posts.

I don't know if they will be hiring in November and December. But I have no reason to believe they won't be at least interviewing then. As far as I know, we continue to hire because attrition continues. We are losing pilots on a regular basis to majors.

hey stamps good luck i hope you get in with AWAC. Im also a C-17 guy (non baby, i got my start on the KC-10 ) and i had a CA write me a letter of rec and take my resume into HR for me, and 5 months later no call. Im at 1000 TT. My recommendation if you cant get AWAC is to go to SkyWest, they called me within 1 week of applying and they hired me the next day.
Hope you still remember how to fly frontside and without a HUD =)

Ghilis- Skywest is really the only other regional i'd be interested in. I have a good friend that works there. I live 5 minutes from DCA, so obviously Whiskey would be more convenient. Congrats on Skywest though, it's a great place to be.
You mean the CRJ doesn't have PACAH? What?
