im sure none of us including myself wanna see awac close but simple math and industry trends dont paint a grand picture. this is the tail end of the regional industry, and like ive said before, its not 2004 anymore where airlines are giving away flying like oprah giving away cars. there is 50 seat flying to be had sure, but not in terms of growth, just shifting it around and it is gonna go to where it can be done cheapest, i.e the WO's

Keep in mind this is a new thread that was started and you just might have people that have a vested interest in starting up straw man arguments to take the focus off what is really happenning..... Managements Pukes and Union busting lawyer scumbags are all over these boards and you can figure out who they are pretty easily. AWAC is on par to lose 50 pilots this month and it sure looks like the attrition will continue. With those numbers going forward, AWAC will not survive for long and certainly done by the end of 2017.... Focus on these statistics here:
-- Attrition numbers
-- Base closings
-- Wholly Owned regionals moving into AWAC Hubs
-- Management bailing out of the sinking ship
-- insert your own bad news du jour.....

Not sure if you're aware of this or not but Air Wisconsin is not American Airlines. When a pilot group is down to about 550 pilots and losing on average 30 a month with no classes being filled eventually youre gonna run out of pilots. So again, what is Air Wisconsins long term solution?
