How difficult is it now to get an interview? I have an internal and I know now it's mandatory minimum of 3000 TT, which I should have by March.

TT seems a little low for competitive, there are thousands of regional FO's with more than that. They seem to prefer multiple type ratings, turbine PIC of some sort, and it seems common for new-hires to have both turborop and jet time. I assume they would prefer a fairly recent training event (probably not an issue for you).

Internal rec seems to help, but I know folks who didn't have an internal.

Can anyone point me to where I can find the latest gouge or PM if you think its easier.

I greatly appreciate it.

Caution, things are changing fast with AS integration so the older gouges from years ago are mostly not applicable. Also AS wants everyone to wear a suit and tie, older gouge said you would NOT be hired if you wore a tie but it's now quite the opposite.
