Default Virgin Interview Gouge

Hi all, I have a friend who has a Virgin Interview next week. I've given what Alaska info I have to him but know nothing regarding the Virgin Interview. Has it changed recently to be more 'Alaskan?' Feel free to PM if you have large files and I'd be happy to provide an email....I'm also happy to trade for current Delta hiring info...HAHA.

Thanks all - Baja.

The interview process is all HR TMAAT question. Unfortunately, now you have to wear a tie. Straight forward, no surprises. Just be honest and be yourself.

You don't HAVE to wear a tie....

They don't HAVE to hire you.....

Come to think of it, check the door on the way in for exceptions but shoes and shirt may not even be required. Go in swim trunks and slippa's, and tell them it's your part Polynesian heritage that guides your attire.

It's those ridiculous "tell me about a time when..." questions where you have to make up something on the spot because you've never actually had that happen to you, and "I've never had that happen" is not an acceptable answer.
