I'm heading out West in a couple days for an interview, looking for any feedback from anyone who went out on the 19th or 21st. Seems like all the TRs are older info.

Everything is pretty current in this thread, and the Virgin America thread in the Majors section. TMAAT questions, weather delays, breakdown of CRM, turned a bad situation into a good one, real straight forward stuff. I read everything on this forum in the threads mentioned, read all of the info about the airline on the company website, read more about Sir Richard and David Cush, flew on the airline before the interview to see how Virgin America creates a "wow." Business attire at VX does not include a tie, sport coat optional. I didn't wear one. It's really like everybody says about being yourself, IMO the HR side of things is weighted as heavily as the flight side. Everybody I met there had great attitudes. I believe that all of this has been shared, and I urge all invited to the interview just read ALL of the stuff you can! It's potentially a huge career move and certainly worth the effort. Good luck!!!

akaviator - appreciate the confirmation. I was just wondering about the tech questions - seems like it's been a while since anyone posted any of these questions. It's all good. Looking forward to the experience.

I don't think there are any tech questions. It's mostly a TMAAT and HR question interview. They want to get to know you. With an ATP and 4,000+ hrs, you know how to fly by now (hopefully) so they aren't going to waste time on a sim or ask tech questions.
