Flying Shifted

Just flying around the West I see a lot of 73s parked, and I hear a lot of qx/oo 175s flying.
Is that accurate? Regional flying back to pre-covid while mainline is still sharply down?

Even if the proposed scope had passed in arbitration, it would not have prevented this. Those were basically weight and seat limits. There was no ratios of regional to mainline planes, nor was there a protection ratio for amount of furloughs versus regional jet fleet. That’s the unfortunate reality of starting with zero scope.

I commute out of LAS and use AS most of the time, because of the positive experiences I’ve had. Just about everything now is E-175 (It use to be 737 or Airbus). With the capacity restriction, I’m having to 2 leg it occasionally.
