Spending more time talking to reps. All the junior lines that have all the inefficient trips and few days off are going to pay in the high 90s low 100s for December-February until credit is implemented. No way for the company to change that due to the 75-85 credit window requirement and ADG being pay only for that timeframe. As they sit now they credit in the mid 70s. December 1st they average 95 pay. If your towards the top of pay scale your going to be in $28,00 to $31,000 range for the month.

Sure glad the rapid fire economic news last few days came after the TA was signed. Alaska pilots are going to enjoy being the highest paid for the foreseeable future. Worst month for the markets including travel companies since the covid crash of 2020.

But yeah it'd be smart to go back to the table now instead of locking in a industry leading contract. I know I know pilot contracts are exempt and not effected by these developments in the macro economic environment /sarcasm

“Like many other companies navigating an uncertain economy, we are pausing hiring for all US-based roles through the end of the year,” Lyft spokesperson Ashley Adams said.

Uber said in May that it was slowing hiring and tightening its belt to weather an economic downturn, but has not announced a full hiring freeze. Nonetheless, Wall Street often evaluates Uber alongside Lyft since the companies have similar businesses.

We get it, you don’t have the spine to stand up for what you deserve. Allowing your resolve to crumble so easily is nothing but cowardice. It’s the mark of a man happy to live off crumbs in the shadows.

With this next contract we’ll go from first to worst again in less than once cycle. Enjoy your five minutes of self-congratulatory jubilee.

Resorting to personal attacks classy. I'm curious. Have you called up the negotiators and used those words? Asked them why they were "spineless"? Or is that just how you act behind a keyboard?

Ask them how long they'd expect if this gets voted down to secure another. Ask them if they believe anything was left on the table. Ask them if they want to go back to the table or would step down. Ask them if they knew where AAL UAL and DL currently stand.

Really! I've talked to them. They are more than willing to field questions but you might consider not starting off with calling them spineless.

I’ve spoken with them. And I believe they’ve done as much as they can without further pilot-group backing from a resounding NO vote. It’s not a personal attack, by the way - just an objective fact that that position is spineless and cowardly. I’m sure you’re a great guy, but haven’t learned the value of standing tall in the face of adversity. That’s certainly not your fault, but this is a wonderful opportunity. I’m voting no with your best interest in my mind, as much as mine.

Now me being spineless and cowardly is an objective fact and it's not a personal attack in any way.

Here are the facts. This was a unanimous yes vote by our MEC. You either didn't ask those questions or did not believe the answers given - I'd guess the first. It's industry leading beating out ual and aal current proposed rates.

As for me. I've held the line. Commuted in on days off to picket. Actively engaged my reps. Answered every phone call from New Hampshire. THOSE are facts. You are spewing nonsense while labeling them as facts.

Again, it’s your position that is objectively one based on fear. And with the resolve this group has shown over the last year, I’m completely shocked that there are so many capitulating to the fear of a downturn. Especially after the ridiculous economic cycles we’ve seen the last three years. I applaud your efforts, but to give up the fight now is nothing short of giving up.

I wish I could make it to every roadshow to witness whether the condescension for the MEC, NC, LEC’s and any yes voters is as vocal in person as it is on anonymous message boards.

What condescension? I’ve seen nothing but support for these guys. We just need to give them the backing they need to get us that last ten percent and over the line.

Please don't confuse legitimate concerns about the TA for personal attacks on the NC.

I have a feeling that some are combining the two as a way to deflect criticism of the TA's shortcomings.
