So this is what APA says they are asking for, it’s what we are asking for, what UA and DA are asking for, yet so many of you are so disconnected or ignorant you think there is some super deal coming. Look closely at those numbers below, that’s the industry! Eyes wide open, a lot of you are clueless!

278 + 10% = $305 DOS
+5% = $321 2023
+5% = $337 2024

NOW WB PAY is I think confusing many of you
$376 DOS, $395 2023, $415 2024…

Lonesomesky’s list… A lot of that will be missing, You will solidly be a no vote. Maybe that is your wish list but not the polled AS pilot wish list… Scope, Union controlled PBS, more flexibility, holiday pay, day guarantee, the pay below, schmuck clause, per diem bump, bonus, scheduling integrity incentives.

☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️

Remember everyone how clueless I am…. When did I write this and the angry 30 laughed at me… laugh laugh laugh away!

Wait wait I know he is clueless, I know, I know.

Lol only since you're in training. No line guy is making anywhere near that. But hey you get yours. You'll be busy training guys for the exodus that's about to happen.

Pass or not, the attrition numbers will increase. For those on the fence if this doesn’t motivate you to run away, I don’t know what will.

Attrition will slow to a crawl… Alaska’s retention problem is over!

It’s gonna be a lot worse now 🤣

A lot worse. Now everyone has seen their true colors, why hang your hat here.

Just multiply SWA rates by 1.149...we do it all the time to compare apples to apples. Our rates won't bring yours down.

We should have waited for a major.

We at SWA have our own version of OTZ. He’s based in LAS with the initials TD and is constantly working to lower the expectations of the pilot group.

The more you engage him the more you feed his bloviated ego.

When did I write this? How many times did I say 305? I gave you all the pay, the date, told you the concepts and improvements in the contract… you all laughed at me. I know, I am clueless… keep laughing!

I know, I know UAL isn’t interested in us, I am a fool. SWA didn’t make an offer for us, B6 wasn’t interested in merging with us! I just make 💩 up. 🤔

You know what’s weird, company want the contract ratified by November 1st… it’s probably because it’s my birthday 🙄

Just so you know, APA put out a survey specifically about rates shortly after it became public that the ask was down to 10/5/5. I’m guessing they got an over whelming response because shortly after that, they stated that the company’s latest offer was no where near enough. That offer being 10/5/3. I don’t know what APA is proposing exactly but it’s not 10/5/5 anymore.

Don’t worry, he’s well known around here as well. He’s one for himself, and he hasn’t had a thing right. Just a nobody trying to be a somebody and thinks he knows it all. Comical to say the least. He’s not as anonymous as he thinks. I’ll keep calling his bluff.
