According to Shy, (whom we all know, even in Seattle) working 20+ days a month is a great thing. Especially when you can make “extra money” by helping the company with poor staffing. What’s the trade off you ask? Just days off and less contract improvements in the future. Nothing that important 🤣 The thought process and rationalizations you go through are extremely mind boggling.
this shy guy has ear muffs and blinders on. No talking sense. It’s all good, but I guess I learned why people stop engaging.
just have to hold out hope for my friends at AK that this mindset is very minority.

It’s almost painful reading the jaded APC arguments. Only at Alaska is this a bad thing. At every other major airline, this is an “awesome” part of their overall compensation/work rule package inside their contract, and the guys taking advantage of it are “smart” for making $$$ bank.
805pm eastern systemwide CA check for Premium trips = 0 trips.
