Default Gig Harbor realtor

My family and I are looking to move into the Gig Harbor area next summer. Can anyone recommend a good realtor that specializes in that area?

He is a great guy, lives in Gig Harbor and is a pilot for United.

I'd reconsider Gig Harbor. Better commute, schools, shopping, and services on the East Side.

There is a high correlation with good schools and good neighborhoods. Areas surrounding Redmond (Microsoft) are very nice and the schools are better funded.

Well according to greatschools.com the schools in Gig Harbor are rated 10/10. Same as Redmond, now Redmond does have more schools in total and you need to make sure you live IN Gig Harbor to be in those schools but even the other schools in the peninsula are 8/10. Hardly terrible.

And to add just looked at real estate in Redmond and it's the same price for a 1,600 sq ft 20-30 year old house as it is for a brand new 3,000+ sq ft house in Gig Harbor.
