KBLI
#11
So, I've been watching this thread like a hawk, because:
a couple of kids graduated from Western and will likely stay in the area.
I own a house there, (current college rental, but one story could easily be our new home after selling PDX house)
I'm 59 with other business side gigs and could care less about upgrading. ...
At the end of the day, putting all the above in perspective, is BLI attainable for a new hire "perpetual gear slinger" without "undue" delays in a clearly unusual career "progression" ??? ...TIA

When we start hiring again, you should be able to get there in a reasonable amount of time. The bottom couple of FO spots aren't as cemented in as the rest of the base.

Thanks
Thanks for the info guys. Really appreciate it. Interesting take on the four-step process for military. I joke and ask my former MIL buddies: still looking for a decent paying flying job where I’m home each night. Find it yet?
No one has found it yet. I think maybe the closest is CBP, but I’ve done Grand Forks twice already.
