Allegiant myIDTravel Listing Issues
I've been having trouble listing on G4 using myIDT for several days. When I select a flight and click "Continue," I get the following error message:
The backend system is currently not available. Please try again later or contact your helpdesk. ( G4MYID call to OtaShopService.shopByFlightNumber has error (s) :Error invoking provider at http://jbshc1:10780/g4-flights-shop/v1/api/ )
This happens for both my airline's generic login and my own login, so I can't buy a ZED either. Anyone else having this issue? Is there any other way for an OAL commuter to list without using the web site?

Having the exact same problem, they know about it in LAS. Had to get a lead agent to list me. I waited 30 minutes and nearly missed the flight.
I think it may be an issue with 2 digit flight numbers. I listed for a flight with a 3 digit flight number and it worked.
I hope this gets resolved, I use Allegiant a lot to get to work.

It's sometimes airline specific that you are trying to travel with, and usually occurs while making the final payment for the Zed fare ticket. I have noticed having a higher speed internet/wifi connection seems to mitigate this. Having said that, sometimes I have had to wait a while, called the said airline directly to list and even have someone else list me remotely from a different IP address to get around it.
I hope they get this figured out too, as it's annoying when you've got things to do to & places to be!

not sure what NRM means in myidtravel, but that flight VPS-EWR on 7th has 11 seats open with one standby listed.
