Update

Company wants an ETO program which is 45 PCH. If they don't get 100% of the offered ETO the company wants the ability to involuntary assign senior pilots, disregarding seniority, ETO at 45pch. Working here seems fun.

1 yr FA is much cheaper than a 10 yr FA

Are there any other airlines offering leave at 45 hours? The lowest I know of in the country is 50 hrs and that also includes full benefits + sick time accrual.

Some regionals offering 1 month leaves at 19 paid hours.

What about in the ULCC/LCC/Legacy sector? 50 should be the lowest?

Time to follow the flexjet playbook. Teamsters have to go.

And just what do you think the teamsters have done to warrant decertification?
