Allegiant no Debt?
Buyer Beware: Hidden Debt at Spirit Airlines (SAVE)
It looks like Allegiant is very well run. Owns all its plane and no debt. Are they the most stable airline or do the size of the big boys make them more stable.

I work for Spirit but I also think algt is a good company. Looking at the industry with all the airlines that "own" airplanes does it really matter if you own or lease. Look at all the legacy carriers who own there aircraft and they have all gone to ****.

allegiant has debt.
allegiant has no NET debt.
that takes into account cash sitting in the bank.
if you have a $100M loan but you have $100M in your current account, you have debt, but net (of cash) no debt.
