What if she instantly realizes the mistake and offers you a reward (150%) to fix the incorrect change do you say “hell no, you screwed up!, make it 300%?”
I need more info. Is your transaction with the cashier covered under the RLA?

Doug said AA will never lose money again. It’s on him now.
One the truest things I’ve ever heard is. Poor Management is expensive. Been seeing it year after year at little ole peed on.

Can the company use reserves from LAX, DFW, ORD to cover the holiday mixup? That sounds fair???

DFW and ORD were affected.

LAX and PHX were the only bases that didn't get it. No way do they have enough reserve coverage from just those two bases to cover even CLT's dropped trips.

Well the press is saying that AA fired their "scheduling director" over the issue, which is unusual by normal airline mgmt standards to actually hold mgmt responsible for a self induced debacle.

And as usual the press is wrong.

That vacancy was posted prior to the TTOT issue. They're splitting the position.

Actually Doug & Co are pretty lenient on screwups when they aren't pure negligence. The company is actually pretty good about forgiving past transgressions.

Anyone remember the Twitter sex airplane toy debacle?!?
