The only thing showing on the fit assessment page of my app is:

“Welcome to the Organizational Fit Assessment of the Pilot Selection Process!
Organization Fit Assessment has been completed.”

That’s it. Rest of the page is blank.

It would be on the very first page you see when you log in. May be you did score high enough

Ok - that I will assume with nothing else available. People were talking about a “score” and I just have no idea what that means. (The Hogan was also brought up but I didn’t think that was an AA process?)

It doesn't have an actual score or number. This is what mine says, directly under the checklist with all the green check marks:

"* Message *
You have completed the Organizational Fit Assessment but unfortunately you did not score high enough to move forward in our process. Provided the application window is still open, you are eligible to retake the assessment on 11-mar-2018. Thank you for your time and interest in American Airlines."

That's what I get for trying to over-analyze every lame question....oh well.

I made sure I stayed consistent in my answers, meaning keep the same view/opinion on issues. I took mine years ago but I do remember seeing a pattern. For example,I believe there were questions that could pertain to safety and I always choice the answer that put safety first. Try and keep all of your answers consistent. Not sure if this is the answer to passing, but it’s what I did and it worked for me. Good luck!

Ace the Corporate Personality Test by Edward Hoffman. Get it and do what it says. Period.

I also have the
"Please check all sections of your profile for accuracy."

cant remember if its always been there or not.

I see my app has the same message, not sure how long it's been there. I went through all my pages carefully, and looks like my total time on their grid was slightly off than my total time on my resume (didn't include dual or solo time the way they want it done), wonder if this is a generic message, or if it pretains to something specific on your app.

Anyone has experience seeing these messages removed after updating your profile?

Thanks

I'm pretty sure it's standard. It's been on mine for months. Got the invite and CJO. Wouldn't sweat it if you've reviewed everything and it looks good.

Brillo,

Can you expand? you mean you had a message saying you didn't score high enough but got the interview invite?

I just retook it and got the same "you didn't score high enough" message. I tried to be as consistent as possible, so I gotta wonder what is a pass.

I think Brillo's reply was in reference to the "Check you app for errors" msg, not the Fit assessment.

Correct. I was referring to the “Please check all sections of your profile for accuracy."

That’s been on my app for as long as I can remember.
