They give lip service to “culture”. They overbook flights and hubs, they cancel flights, they communicate poorly to customers. They’ve got the operation that they planned for and implemented. 100% it’s their operation. It’s what they wanted. |

This is what I used to calculate. Some of my numbers were off by a bit. This chart shows AA down 20% not 31% like I had said. Others on the chart like DAL and UAL have better performance than I showed. Their all in the ballpark though. |
