Very untrue. Know multiple PSA peeps who went to other majors for a couple months and are now at AA. They even got class dates faster than the people who were at PSA and got out of flow CJOs from AA. They are holding W/O out of flow CJO people back.

NUMEROUS WO dudes have left their WO carrier, gone to ATI, Atlas, Spirit, etc and magically 6 months later AA is interested in them.

For people going to RTAG...this will be my first time doing this. Obviously im bringing copies of my resume, DD214, transcripts etc. Do we need to bring logbooks in the event of an on-site interview? Thanks!

same for me. Can anyone gives an idea of what to expect? If I bombed the tests will it be radio silent and if I got by the tests how long before I hear from them for an interview?

Do you know how AA approaches failures? I know a girl who was at PSA as an FO, went to ATI for a few months and then went to AA. She has failures but she told me AA didn’t ask. I have technically 2 I listed on my app. I have certainly learned from them. Does passing multiple things since then redeem yourself? Seems like it should but idk how it works.

I was hired…3-4 stage check failures in 141, runway incursion within 2 years. I was never asked about any of it. But I sure as heck disclosed everything and I was prepared to own every mistake.

If you are at the interview AA wants you…

Just curious. Has anyone that interviewed on August 23rd received a class date yet?

Thanks
