Default AA (Pilot Credentials) App Review?

Hey guys,

It seems like there are a lot of companies out there with great reputations (Checked and Set, Emerald Coast, Cage, etc), but it seems like a lot of them are geared more towards Delta and/or United. Are there any companies that specialize towards AA? Or maybe it really doesn’t matter?

Thanks!

I have not seen any companies that specialize in AA but if you think it could get you called even a week earlier it is probably worth it. That being said I did not use any app review service, from the impression I gathered AA is way less picky with their app. However I absolutely had several eyes on my app from some AA bros and other applicants to check for things like typos and incorrect information. I would definitely use interview prep though.

Thanks for the feedback. Any specific recommendations for AA on interview prep?

Here's the deal. You can probably just pay to get one app reviewed and copy and paste the data over between apps. Have someone you trust double check it all for consistency and you're probably good. That being said, don't not have your app reviewed because of the price. You're looking down the barrel of a multi-million dollar career where attention to detail does matter. Buy the insurance here. You don't want to be the last resume they looked at on Friday afternoon and give them any easy reasons to drop you in the TBNT pile because you wrote a sentence with a double negative. (see what I did there?)

Personally, I think all the application reviews provide about the same service. Interview prep can be a little different because some of the providers do have information on specific formats or hoops you can expect to jump through.

Second Judy Tarver. She was at AMR a lot time, even involved with hiring me at Eagle.

I used her as a coach in 2015 when I applied to SWA (successfully).

Any insight on what changes the red X to the green check mark for the References section? Internal recs are already submitted and every other section has a green check.

Your internal recs should show up on pilot creds? Are you showing nothing on the reference page?
