Then take another look at it. The major gains were only geared to benefit the senior pilots. Huge vacation increase, LTD increase (I know, any age may have to use LTD but that doesn't change the fact that the vast majority who use it are on the senior end of the scale), etc. That thing was a piece of crap and I thank Delta for showing us that (as was my hope). All BOD members who voted to pass our TA for a membership votes should resign IMMEDIATELY.

150k sick bank cash out.
Delta increased pay banding in this AIP, APA has publicly stated they want to undue pay banding in order to shift income senior. They are publicly moving in opposite directions.
Slew of financial products that APA lags in, benefit the older disproportionately. Now that Delta has pulled ahead in QOL, it will be more obvious that QOL was not APA an goal.

Since when did a senior pilot not get more vacation accrual than a new hire?
I suppose you will never be old enough or hurt enough to benefit from an improved LTD plan. Do you realize how far behind ours is? $8000/month max.
All pilots would benefit from both issues you say are for senior pilots.

You bettter bet I am 100% against a TA in this environment where that is the focus. Shame on you and the negotiating committee for trying to get garbage through. So selfish and self serving at the expense of the rest of the pilot group. The anger is real out here. Thank you Delta for showing us the way.
