Very realistic. There are lots of line that only have 12 days of work, usually four 3-days.

Currently there’s about 1,000 wb captains and the most junior is close to the 3,000 seniority number. By looking at the retirement numbers you can see how many years it will be. This of course if assuming no growth or reduction for the wb fleet.
