Captain Board
I didn’t get the CJO on the spot, I am being sent to captain board, they told me to review my app and make sure everything is ok, they didn’t specify what to look for. Anybody had the same situation?? Thanks.

From what I heard, the majority of folks make it through with a CJO on the other side. Would have to be a real glaring red flag or something to get tbnt. I've had two referrals get cjos and heard many more did as well after facing the board. Good luck!

I interviewed yesterday Mar 1st and out of the 8 of us in my time slot I think 5 of us myself included got sent to review. 2 for sure got CJOs and they were former military pilots. A third I'm unclear on. Funny enough they told us to go over our application with a "fined toothed comb" I logged back in today and saw that under the additional tabs my driver's license # was somehow missing. The expiration date and state of issue were still there but not the number. So I got frustrated. Went and checked my medical certificate dates and they had been altered one day forward for date of exam and expiration date. I love having to chase the glitches around. I'm not sure if this is the reason for the review board as I have a failure from 2 years and 2 months ago. Yet its on the application with a description, it came up in the interview and turned it into a positive TMAAT and I supplied AA with training records included with my logbooks so they could verify it. Other people in my group included an LCA from Republic and a former 777 CA now a 747 guy at Atlas. All got the review. So who knows?
