Skipping the WO flow
 

Anyone in here have skipped the flow? Whats it take?

seemingly rare these days. Mostly kids that have a parent that works here

Get hired at DL/UA then lateral over to AA….

Is it really a lateral from DL?

Not in the literal sense. Just that leaving the WO no longer keeps you the pariah to recruiting that you are at a WO.

2 steps forward and a step back is still a step forward…

If you leave DL for AA you must be special. Unless it’s because you’re trying to drive to work.

Weird flex :/

Only a few strong candidates were able to pull off the maneuver, not all the Kids get a nod from DAL and UAL. Some fall short.
