Let the pilots vote, if they are not satisfied with it, it will not pass. Pathetically weak and spineless that they give in to the minority crybabies who want the same contract their buddies have or they'll pout until mommy tells them they're special. The end result is AA gets to keep paying them well below their peers until their hissy fit is over. More money in the company's pockets and less in ours. Proof the APA is controlled by AA, they are withholding a huge pay raise from the pilots even though the pilots would overwhelmingly vote it in.

What an amazingly stupid take. You company stooges never cease to amaze me.

Dude, that was in Isom's offer, what are you talking about? No wait was required but the APA didn't allow the vote.

What I am saying is that we are not losing pay by dragging this out a little more to get what we deserve - ie: everything "industry leading" that UAL and DAL are getting. We will be getting our backpay. Every hour we work right now is essentially at the new pay rates. Not sure what the big rush to vote "yes" is for.

Imagine both AA and the BOD coming out admitting it was inadequate, and still posting this...

Your lack of self worth is screaming.

Sorry for the drift. Does anyone know where the seniority projector graph went on the new Apa website? Thanks.
