Interviewed a few weeks back. Seemed like roughly half got the CJO. Mix of 135, Military, regional, Spirit and other LCC guys. Lots of Spirit obviously. Not sure what everyone's times were, but a least a few didn't have any TPIC from what I gathered.

Just getting ahead of the game, what is the best AA interview prep available currently? Thanks!

Judy Tarver with Pilot Counseling Services would probably be the "best" if you want AA. She has hired over 7,000 AA pilots

Spitfire has a good success rate, especially for guys coming from a military background

Other popular choices would be Emerald Coast and Cage Marshall.

Formal Reccoemendations

How much weight do internal AA recs have? I had 4 pilots formally submit recommendations through the Comply 365 platform, wondering how much weight that holds on my app.

it used to only matter for the interview, not for it getting pulled

Purely anecdotal, but from the ones I've put in, It will get a good app pulled for interview, but it will not make up the ground for a weaker one that only meets mins.
