More meet and greet. A friend recently had a second one and got a call for the interview...

Thanks, yes definitely worth a try. I was planning to attend the LPA convention and hope to secure a meet and greet spot on the day.

Is there a second assessment? I filled out the application and did the initial AON assessment last week. This morning I got an email asking me to complete the AON assessment. Is there a second assessment or would this be the same one they sent as some sort of glitch? Thanks in advance!

Same here, not a glitch. Did the CUT-E test last week and this morning got the email... Its a personality assessment.

I got that assessment right before I got the email to schedule the in person interview, like was stated above, personality assessment. Gotta pick what you agree with more: "I am a messy person" "I regularly show up late to work" those types of questions lol

Got the “fix it” email from AA. Is that usually a sign they’re taking your application seriously?

I got the fix it email, fixed it and 2 days later got the scheduling email for the in person, I'd probably say it's a good sign

My buddy has an afternoon interview and has to catch an international flight back home to see his sick parents right after. Any idea roughly what time people with a CJO would get out?

Should find out yes or no for the CJO 20-30 minutes after interview block is done (done hourly basically). CJO folks go drug test and fingerprint and collect paperwork, shouldn't be any more than hour then you can get the shuttle back to the terminal. As of (May 2023).

How long is the whole footprint, though? I told him around 3 hours, but that's from my fuzzy memory.

Thats pretty accurate. Sometimes the finger printing thing can hold up the timing, but they usually ask "does anyone have a tight flight to catch," and they can skip to the front
