You’re able to participate in APA’s mutual base exchange and the company’s vacancy bids as soon as your info is loaded in the system. The MBE runs monthly and vacancies run every 3 months. If you get a quick MBE or lucky timing with a vacancy, you can change bases within 6 months of getting hired.
