What laws would be broken handing out cards? And what kind of prison time is one looking at?

Firing all the rude nasty gate agents and replacing them with more pleasant ones???

Maybe they listened.

Her nAIme is Monica. She's at every gate, on time, always smiles, never yells, and is able to rapidly handle your questions or travel issues courteously and professionally.

Random question I’m not sure what thread to put this in-

I’ve noticed over the past few years, the majority of pilots wear their blazer year round. Is this a cultural thing? I do think the blazer looks more professional, but not always practical or comfortable in the summer.

I'm one of those guys. I do think we look better as a profession with them (coming from a sweatier bubba, but honestly we dont work up too much of one) and I prefer my coat pockets to my pants pockets.

No laws broken. Company policy? The limited edition cards have APA printed on them and QR code that leads to a Union commercial. Historically that does not fly with the company and is clearly breaking a policy. Be very careful handing those out. A customer could be offended. You won’t be fired but a carpet dance will happen. You are dealing with AA which has rules for employment. Many have lost jobs over not following the rules.

Distributing or posting literature on Company property, or posting or removing bulletin board notices requires prior authorization of the Company.

Here is the policy. Maybe the Union has permission.

My guess is some new underwhelming routes mostly served with Regional lift. If it was a significant aircraft order there would have already been some reliable leaks making its way to X.
