(1) AA declares chapter 11 to shed its debt. (2) As AA is not an ALPA carrier, no seniority list merger guidance will apply. (3) United keeps our new jets, retires their old jets, and furloughs the bottom (1/4th? 1/2?) of the seniority list. (4) United is the surviving carrier. |
