From what I understand the bottom numbers people got the base they were in when they were furloughed.

If recalls continue AA will be hiring this summer. That's the estimate from guys tracking the recall numbers.
It was supposed to be 40/month and rumors of 60 later in the year. Feb is already 50.
Anything after 10 seconds from now is subject to change, if it hasn't already changed.

Rumor is the hiring department is gearing up in Feb.
Also rumor that Eagle may release more than 20 per month when hiring starts.
It was said by an Eagle person a while back talks were happening to make that happen. I guess it will depend on what happens at Eagle as far as parking airplanes/orders. If there is a big shrinkage at Eagle.. I can see them allowing more Eagle to go if there is a surplus of pilots. As it is right now we are a little short and can barely get people to come to class.
