what is the Organizational Fit Assessment? I have not gotten there yet.

A pain in the ass..... Multiple choice answers where you never see what you'd really do. So, you have to guess what's closest to what I'd do? Good luck with that part.

Anyone think the time the application was published will matter? I think not, just wondering what others think......

Agree!

Even as a prior commercial pilot flying t1 as a stud?

Even with a BE-400 type rating, you would probably have a hard time justifying logging SIC as a UPT student since your purpose in that seat is to receive military flight training, not act as second-in-command. JMHO.

Anyone else having problems entering more than one educational experience? When I hit "Click Here to insert new education experience" it does nothing, whereas the Southwest and FedEx versions of pilotcredentials creates a new field.

Emailed AAsupport at pilotcredentials.com - they responded back right away and had the problem fixed less than an hour later. Glad to see someone there is manning the help desk today - good support.

YES! I've had a lot of experience working with PilotCredentials support (since the SWA page doesn't support Safari, I have to email them my resumes to post), and they're a great bunch! KUDOS!!!

End of a promising career before it begins: So, what happens if you tube the psych test?

For my Dual Time, I listed it as SIC and then in the notes section stated SIC=Dual Received.

Wait, you only have PIC and Dual? That's awesome!

I'm not even sure if you still did the "Team Sortie" in the T-1 could you log PIC or SIC. But, I'm not sure it really matters, unless you're really close to the minimums.
