For those who want to know if you can log Dual/Student time as SIC on your App. Here is the answer I got from AA Support from Pilot Credidentials;

PIC= Any time you signed for the plane as aircraft commander or solo including all instructor time.

SIC= Any time you acted as second in command and/or didn't sign for the plane. This DOES include dual/student time.

Instructor= Only the time you logged as an instructor, regardless of the time being reported in PIC.

Instructor time is PIC time. It belongs in both columns.

If you have any further questions or requests, please don't hesitate to ask!

Thank you for settling a long standing argument on this board.

No problem. This is the answer for your AA application. If you use airline apps for your Delta or United app then they have a separate column for Dual/Student. So at least for AA- log it as SIC if you want the credit...

Are you guys listing every employer right down the odd jobs during college?

I'm used to being asked for 10 years of history.

I'm thinking of just putting my big ones. Airline, Navy & Railroad. If I list every summer job I've ever had, I could be here forever.

What do you think?

If they use the 10 year history for the background check. Every job you worked will come up, and you may get a call about jobs not listed.

I guess that's what I'm getting at. I've been at the same place for over 10 years. Must we list beyond that?

When I input my college gpa 3.2 out of 4.0, it saves it as 3 out of 4 . Wondering if anyone else is having the same problem?

The problem of not studying hard enough in college?

Yeah, lots of people have that.

To use your gpa, mine says 3.2 out of 4

I had problems with the Fit Assessment registering a green check mark on the profile page. After a couple of quick responses from pilot credentials: You click on the link like you are going to take the test. It tries to redirect to the test, then figures out that you already took it and gives you the green check on the profile summary page.

It is funny, but that question is there for a reason, and I am willing to bet it will get at least a couple people!
