I received the email as well. My guess (and only a guess) is for the vast minority of applicants who submitted to US Air but NOT AA, they will have to reapply. For those who applied to just AA or both and have a current aa.pilotcredentials.com account, there should be no action required. I thought there would at least be some container for me to check which acknowledges the new terms laid out in the email, but I couldn't find anything.

Was there anyone who applied to US but not AA?

I hear the company that handles US Air apps will now handle the AA apps. This all tells me that US Air process is going away and you will soon be in Dallas for an interview and it will be us to the needs of the Company whether you fly US Air metal or AA metal.

Was it a domicile-based decision or something else?

Got the same email today. AA pilot credentials is unchanged for me (green checkmark for OFA).
I have green check marks on all the fields. |
