Quote: I never ever made a prediction on how she would rule, no other judge in phx would have ruled that way, she is ridiculous. A "Silver" lining to this is she kills any lawsuit the east had in the can.
What?

I'll ask you a serious question... Integrity and all that.. Are you or are you not the poster who told us to remember the number "65"...?

Never mind. The boa has it. Period.

But you did say something about lunacy, right? I have a tremendous amount of respect for Judge Silver.

Yep, no one can claim that their hands were tied. This changes nothing, it was always up to the arb. panel.

Yeah it was lunacy and still is lunacy. Silver came thru once again with a crazy ruling. Our committee agrees that this has no effect since the 9th left up to the boa, still is a ridiculous ruling.

Doubt there was any case law of 65 with MB intertwined as the overarching statute.

She got down on one knee and kissed the hand of the BOA.

Quote: Not a rumor, unfortunately it's true. She is one crazy ho.
It seems when she rules for West interests, she's wise and razor sharp and when she doesn't she is...........well, a "crazy ho".

I think she ruled not on your interests and emotions, but on the foundation of the concept of a process in accordance with McCaskill-Bond. I suppose if the arbitrators don't also put West interests as paramount above all others, you'll refer to them as the "Three Blind Mice", yes ?
