Is first-year pay at ATI correctly listed as $87/hr with a 60 hr guarantee versus $117 at K4 with 64 hrs and $128 at Omni? All home-based.

Yea out of those though, I believe ATI has the oldest contract of the three. ATI also has 13 pay cycles a year vs 12 like the other two
We have 13 pay cycles (28 days per cycle) in a year. If you want to convert that to a traditional 12 month year, the APC given gouge is to add 5 to the guarantee, which in this case would make the guarantee 65 Hours. |
Yeah, that pay scale needs to catch up for starters.

To expand on what Immapilot said, our three year CBA became amendable March 2021. We have been in Section 6 negotiations since, with nearly all the low hanging fruit T/A'd. We're about half (or better) the way through Scheduling which, once finished, will lead us into the big ticket items.

Question about home reserve for both companies:
Can anyone at both ATI and Atlas provide some info... what are the rules? Is it junior? Would someone who has a side flexible side gig (non-flying) be able to make a career bidding as such? I want to stay in the industry but looking to fly less than pax 121 carriers. |

That being said, at least on the 767, there is plenty of R2 (hotel reserve either in base, or elsewhere) that one can bid. It pays relatively well, and many times you will not fly very much, if that's what you're looking for. I know plenty of guys who have run a side business / done day trading / completed online degrees while sitting at a company-paid hotel for 2 weeks. With the new CBA being implemented, it's hard to say what might change, however. |

Best of luck to you all. Hopefully you can secure some serious improvements to things like DC for retirement and real LTD.
Anyone and everyone within ear shot of me has heard the same. |
