And any change to the training pay?

Some areas it exceeds and matches ATI/ABX in some areas and in some areas it’s a dollar or 3 short.

I can't comment whether those are large improvements or even anything important, but they are some that I just spotted by reading through this.

The line value guarantee is a huge improvement I'd say... I'm not exactly sure on the language but it might even mean that you get line guarantee in the months you're sick, on vacation, have training, or a family member pass. Those months really added up when I was there... The rest are nice additions I'd say...

Bid line guarantee only applies provided the crew member remains available for flight duty on each scheduled duty day without interruption.

It is a small improvement, yes, but you are still down to MMG if you get sick or take vacation, from what I see.

Kudos to the negotiating committee for fighting the good fight and what improvements they got. They had both hands tied behind their backs.

The Fab Five execs are popping the champagne tonight, in totality they got to ram another worst contract in the industry BY FAR down their pilots throats again. No significant changes in scope so around 2031 management will threepeat another arbitrated garbage contract. Any pilot here can spend the next 40 years at Atlas and they’ll never be allowed to vote on a CBA. They’ll vote with their feet now.

So, here’s your current book, 50 bucks hr and 2 hours more min guarantee a few percentage more retirement and the union negotiated items. Now get back to work and see you in ten years.

Looks like MMG if you have conflicts, but nothing about sick use?
But I might be misreading it just like I misread the scope part.

Hey, look at THAT = Still 10 September 2021. May not or ever be what your hearts desire so desperately wanted, but in the end we’ve had our expectations managed. Some goodness here and there and obvious pitfalls, but did anyone think our contract would equal other outfits having worked their 6, 8, 10th plus contract negotiations. Every place has its fleas and it all depends where you can’t stand to scratch. Still works for me, I wish all of you the best and hopefully we keep some talent especially going forward. Now everyone can make their own assessments based on their priorities.

Training pay is still $1,600 a month for 4 months or completion of OE.

Those pay rates are a slap in the face.
