Default Concur Expense Reporting

I dont know if concur drives anyone else crazy but I would love some advice. I couldnt find the receipts to 9 reports in March, and they keep kicking them back to me. I tried to explain that I dont have the receipts and havent gotten a response from the help email. Does anybody have any advice? Its like $13k of expenses

If they were chain hotels and you gave your member number you should be able to retrieve them off the hotel’s site/app. If not a chain hotel you might need to reach out to the property itself. For other stuff good luck.
Hopefully others have some tips.

you added the missing receipt option? And they still locked it back to you?

another option would be to use your PCD to call the hotels with the dates you were there and have them email you.

Why would you post on a forum where 99% doesn’t work for Atlas or know what you’re talking about.

Concur… that annoying thing I do twice a year when they threaten to screw with my paycheck. The other half knows to leave the room as there will be lots of f-bombs being thrown around. Beer helps.

Alrighty, I’ll be the goody two shoes that does it every 30 days with zero problems.
The IPad app is much easier then the website by the ways.

Just don't make a mistake with your hotel dates or hit save before properly contesting a breakfast charge. I think I had 23 errors for $12.50 that the PDX Hilton changed to my corporate card as a hotel stay.
