As long as you are trainable and have your 135 minimums. You should be good to go.

I am thinking about applying for the Memphis based ATR SIC position. Can someone explain in a little more detail what the schedule would look like.
Is there home reserve?
All night flying?
Leave Tues morning and get back Friday night?
Airport Standby?
