Southern Air
Couple of questions:
Are the classes for the 73 and 777 being assigned on qualifications of the candidate or is it just a toss up?
Does Southern buy you a ticket to and from home for the beginning and end of trips?
It seems as if yall have become mostly a DHL contractor. Is there still on demand flying or is it pretty much set runs? And if there is on demand flying, is there decent language as to the quality of the DH's?
Thanks in advance, I appreciate-ya!

Current flying is all DHL. Mgmt isn't even looking for other flying. Been dropped from CRAF as well. The DOD laughed away SOO MGMT when they offered 737's. If you do DH, expect to be in seat 57F on Hainan Airlines.

From someone in the Training office "there's a good chance of an additional 777 class later in the year to cover attrition".
If you really want to fly the 777 at Southern you should probably put your name in the hat, interview if offered, and tread water in the 777 pool they are forming.
If all they offer you is the 737 you are only out the time it cost you to attend the interview which is offset by additional interview experience.

For now, but my sources say Soaper is actively exploring other options of revenue generation, including experimental furniture design.
And while it is known to be a difficult field to break into, it can indeed prove to be quite lucrative if the artist is good.
I understand his first creation, "chair + wall", went over very well with the focus groups.
They said it was a smash hit.

My sources now say contract on Sasquatch 5 will soon be signed.
