I would call CAE in PHX and ask if they have anyone on staff that can do a CRJ type rating.

Since you're going to CAE ask them. You'll need to complete a training program and pass a checkride. Whether their recurrent class can count as type rating ground school will depend on their ops specs as a 142 school. And they would have to make sure the person giving the check is a FAA TCE or whatever they call a 142 DE now.
